    Re Kissinger quote — Hubris, pride, elitism, bigotry . . . call it what you wish . . . the — insert word you think best suits — think just because they have some money and some prestige (however unearned either may be) there should be no opinions or ways but theirs . . . usually to the detriment of the people who pay the — insert word — way . . .
